Marc Pulfer received his Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Taylor University. He has worked in the field since 1996 as a counselor and case manager in Fort Wayne, Muncie and Switzerland. Marc has also worked with many different populations as an intake assessments coordinator at Lutheran Hospitals in Fort Wayne and as a substance abuse rehabilitation counselor at an inpatient clinic in Switzerland. He has also participated in providing diversity training in an outreach program to different settings at the Ball State Counseling Center, including the campus police department. Marc started working with Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in the Indianapolis area in October of 2009 and brings with him many years of mental health expertise. He now also oversees behavior management operations in the Indianapolis/Central region.
Abbey received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology at Indiana University in 2018. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in December 2019. Abbey has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since February of 2021. Along with over 3 years of experience as a behavior consultant with Ferraro, Abbey also has over 7 years of experience working in an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic. Abbey chose to join Ferraro to continue her passion for serving others, providing meaningful parent/caregiver training, and continuing to provide a better quality of life for her clients.
Adrienne (Adie) Fuller received a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix while acting as a case manager with Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) for three years. Adie attended Ball State University for her bachelor's degree in early childhood special education. Adie has worked in the field since 2007 as a direct care staff, child services director, case manager, and as a behavior consultant. Adie has worked with all ages including early intervention through senior services. Adie has been working with Ferraro Behavior Services since September 2013. Adie is very passionate about what she does involving behavior support services and enjoys working directly with teams and families on a regular basis.
Erica Overman obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. She then went on to complete a Master's of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Erica has a strong background in behavioral health and has worked with children and adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities as well as an array of mental health diagnosis in various settings for ten years. She also has extensive experience in training direct care professionals and parents in developing and implementing behavior modification programs in home, work, community, and school settings. She believes behavior is communication of an important need that needs met. She has joined the team at Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in July of 2018.
Heather Bess received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1997 and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2013. Heather previously worked as a Case Manager with those with developmental disabilities for 9 years. She has also worked as a Social Service Director with clients with developmental disabilities at a large ICF/MR. She began working with Ferraro Behavior Services, LLC in May of 2013 as a Behavior Consultant and is finding the position to be a natural transition. Heather has always taken pride in advocating for her clients and is excited about focusing on the mental well-being of her clients. Heather has over 19 years of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities
Jeff earned a Master of Science degree in School Counseling from Butler University in 2014, after teaching for twenty-five years at the middle school through college levels. Jeff he is nationally certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and he has received a Trauma and Crisis Management Specialist certificate from the American School Counselor Association.
Throughout his professional life, Jeff has continued to enjoy helping individuals to reach their fullest potential. Jeff has previously provided trauma-informed behavior counseling for the Indianapolis Public Schools’ alternative program for students facing significant behavior challenges. He worked as a Stabilization, Assessment, and Transition Counselor at Damar Services, and as an academic and career counselor at the Center for Leadership Development. After Hurricane Dorian in 2019, Jeff traveled with FBS’s Marc Pulfer to provide mental health needs assessments for displaced students and families on Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas. He has also led grief counseling groups.
Jeff serves on the Board of Directors for Horizons at St. Richard’s Episcopal School, which provides summer education enrichment and counseling to 150 students facing economic barriers. He has worked as a teacher and coach at schools and universities in the US and Japan. Among other honors, Jeff has received Fulbright-Hays, Lilly Foundation and Central Indiana Community Foundation grants. He has traveled extensively in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Jeff is married with three adult children and two grandchildren.
As a native of Michigan, Judea obtained a Bachelors of Applied Arts with a major in
Communication with a double minor in Leadership and Public Affairs from Central Michigan
University. Soon after, she was conferred a Masters of Education in Administration and
Supervision with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Virginia State University.
Judea has also completed Behavior Analysis courses through the University of North Texas.
Her experiences range from teaching abroad in Spain and China; consulting at a K-12
school in the Philippines; traveling to over 30 states and 15 countries; 4 years as a Qualified
Behavioral Health Professional; an internship as a Direct Care Worker; to working for the United
States Census Bureau and volunteering with FEMA.
In addition to Judea’s experience, she is TESOL and Standard CANS Comprehensive
certified. While in Indiana, she will pursue ASL interpreter and Spanish Bilingual certificates. In
2019, she developed a free app for Africans living with HIV and their allies. She holds her high
school record for shot put, a record with the United States of America Powerlifting federation,
and will soon be joining a Women’s Tackle Football team in Cincinnati for the 2023 season.
In her spare time, Judea enjoys working out, experiencing new things, watching Netflix,
and planning for her future.
As a Behaviorist for Ferraro, Judea’s mission is to provide quality care and advocate for
those unable to advocate for themselves. She understands that privilege is not plentiful and will
do her best to make sure that those with less have access to the resources they need to lead
enjoyable, sustainable, and productive lives.
Kyle Bolin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and obtained a Master's of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Kyle worked as a counselor for Park Center in Fort Wayne, IN with several populations including families, teens, and individual adults. While working at Park Center Kyle also completed intake assessments for counseling and psychiatric services as well as assessments for acute and sub-acute placement. Kyle also worked as a counselor in a rehabilitative facility for teens in South Carolina focusing on cases involving abuse. Kyle began working with Ferraro Behavior Services as a Behavior Consultant in Indianapolis in January of 2010.
My name is LaKonya Bradberry and I am a mother of four children. I have lots of experience dealing with all kinds of behaviors. I fostered 39 children and hosted 2 exchange students. I have worked as a one on one, developmental therapist, case manager and as a teacher. Over the years, I have worked with the children and adults with disabilities for a span of 20 years. I have my Bachelors in Education from Grand Canyon University and my Masters in Psychology, from the University of the Rockies.
Lisa Nale received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Science Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 1988 and in 1998 earned her Masters in Counseling from Indiana University Southeast. In 2008 she graduated with an Educational Specialist Degree from the University of Louisville. She has thirty years of experience as a teacher of individuals with special needs, school counselor, and administrator of special needs magnet schools. She has coordinated with family court, Special Olympics and Champions Together, probation, job training and transitioning individuals to a variety of environments. She has expertise in working with educational settings to create and implement IEP and 504 plans. Lisa enjoys working with clients of different needs, along with their family and caregivers, to improve their quality of life by supporting and empowering them to make healthy choices and ultimately reach their personal goals.
Mallary received her Bachelors Degree in Heath Sciences along with a Certificate in Rehabilitation and Disability studies at Indiana University in 2018. She graduated with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University in 2020. She was a direct support professional for adults with disabilities throughout a summer during her undergrad. She then went on to an ABA clinic specializing in children with Autism from ages 2-18. She has worked in the clinic, home, and school setting for three years. She loves taking on any challenge and has a strong passion for helping others achieve milestones.
Melanie received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work as well as a certificate in case management services through Indiana University. The focus for her master’s was mental health and addictions and she has a 10-year experience in this field. She has had experience with people diagnosed with persistent mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Melanie has worked in the areas of adolescent addiction treatment, mental health and addictions with the homeless population and people with dual diagnoses prior to working in the field of Behavior Consulting. Melanie has a passion for helping clients to grow and feel empowered.
Michele Engle received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and her Masters in Education from Indiana University Southeast. With an additional 30 hours of coursework in Special Education. She also has endorsements in Mildly Disabilities and Seriously Emotional Disabilities. During her career she has been a member of the Autism team and has participated in many trainings related to Autism. Michele has also been the Transition Coordinator in her district and helped many students transition to adult services. Michelle Piercy graduated with a Bachelor of Art's Degree from UNC Charlotte and obtained her Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Michelle is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA Therapy) through Ball State University. She has over 2 years of experience working with children, teens, and families as a Behavior Consultant. Michelle started with FBS as a Behavior Consultant in April 2013. Michelle believes behavioral supports should be positive and consumer driven. She is excited for the opportunity to work closely with support teams to ensure consumers live happy, healthy lives and reach their goals.
Mike studied at Western Kentucky University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He then went on to pursue his Master of Arts degree from Ball State University in General Psychology. Since then, Mike has worked in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in various settings. He worked as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional at an ICF/MR and in residential group home settings in Indianapolis. Mike also has experience in community habilitation and case management. He most recently has been the director of Blueprint, a day services program with Cornerstone Associates.
Pam graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education and obtained her Masters of Arts Degree in Education from Ball State University. Pam has over 15 years of working with individuals with intellectual/developmental and emotional disabilities. She has facilitated numerous case conference committees, developed IEPs, and has written behavior plans. As a public-school teacher, Pam developed a passion for working with students with special needs. She is an advocate for families, and she focuses on helping children and parents develop tools to have better behavior management and social skills. She chose to work as a Behavioral Consultant because she enjoys working directly with clients and making a difference.
Patty received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from IU-Bloomington and her MSW from IUPUI. She comes to us with 30+ years of experience in public education as a teacher and counselor. Patty looks forward to establishing relationships and making a difference in the lives of others. She started with Ferraro Behavior Services in the summer of 2020.
Sami received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast in 2019. She graduated from Ball State University with her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology in 2021. Sami is currently working on her graduate certificate in American Sign Language through Ball State University. Prior to becoming a Behavior Consultant with FBS, Sami worked in the public school system as a teacher and behavior intervention coordinator for students with intellectual/developmental and emotional disabilities. She has experience participating in case conference committees, creating and implementing behavior plans, and developing IEPs and 504 plans. Sami is passionate about helping others meet their personal goals by supporting them in making positive, healthy choices. She looks forward to building relationships with clients and their support teams.
Sherri Snyder began working with Ferraro Behavior Services in March 2013. She has an extensive background in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a variety of environments, including as a direct support professional with respite services, community living and day services. She advanced at the day services program to become a team leader and a manager. Sherri also worked as a residential director in group home setting where she monitored daily living goals and developed behavior plans for adolescents and adults of various ability levels. Sherri currently provides behavior services in northern Johnson County and Marion County.
Pond Parker received a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program with an emphasis in Autism and Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University. Prior to becoming a Behavior Consultant, Pond worked as a Case Manager, Regional Quality Assurance Manager, Program Director and Direct Support Professional; serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 2002. Pond specializes in working with both adults and children with Autism comorbidities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and comorbid developmental disabilities. Pond is passionate about assisting individuals with developmental disabilities taking a step in the direction where they can live a proud and meaningful life in the community while maximizing their highest potential.
