Clerical Support Specialist
I started here at Ferraro Behavior Services in August of 2015 as a Clerical Support Specialist. I received my Associates degree in Applied Science in 2013 focusing on Medical Assisting. My background is in pediatrics, but through working at ResCare, I found that I had a passion for working in developmental disabilities. It was through one of our Behavior Consultants that I found FBS. As an Clerical Support Specialist, I work with our Behavior Consultants mainly obtaining and tracking documents, uploading documents to the portal, BSP/HRC's, billing, and filing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 4 boys, family and friends, camping, fishing, and reading.
