Amy Zimmerman started with Ferraro Behavior Services in March, as Human Resources Manager. She received her bachelor’s degree in 1997 in Family Science from Anderson University and has 10 years of experience working in the social services field. She started as a Residential Counselor at Crossroad Children's Home in 1997. Amy went on to be a Case Manager at Park Center's Daybreak Children's Shelter, completing intakes and working with parents by providing support groups and parenting classes. She also helped coordinate a teen mother program at Daybreak, where she worked alongside the juvenile court. She worked as a Case Manager for Madison Center, a day treatment program, with children/youth in the school setting and homes trying to modify problem behaviors and offer support.
Clerical Support Specialist
I am a Billing Assistant here at FBS. I graduated with my Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Medtech in 2013. I took a year off to take care of my twin boys while also doing part time work when I got into the medical field. I started at Biolife Plasma Services, then joined ResCare where I found my passion working in this field. I started as a Direct Support Professional, then advanced quickly to Residential Manager. That's when I heard about FBS through one of my client's Behavior Consultants. Although I miss the daily hands on, I can now enjoy visits from multiple clients here at the office as well as getting my family and I more involved with events in the community that FBS also takes part in.
